Can't bank transfer internationally

Please help I can’t send an international bank transfer. When I press continue after entering the amount I want to send it says “Something went wrong… Please log into your account at” But Wise can’t help me either. Please help!

Your best bet is to contact support through the app.


Thank you I can’t even find a way of contacting Monzo support, its very frustrating there is no chat, email, phone number

Choose the help option (question mark at bottom right of the app) and search for “contact us”. You’ll then be given a link to chat with online support.
