I keep trying to add a new payee for an international transfer and it lets me go through adding the information, I press create payee and it just takes me back to the page with the accounts I have already and it won’t add the new one.
What steps are you following, and where precisely is it going wrong?

Hi, yes I am following the app. I go to the international transfer and I go through adding a new payee and once I press next to add them it just takes me back to the page before where it lists possible people I can pay but doesn’t add my new person
If you can’t seem to get it working in the Monzo app, you can always report the problem via customer service and use Wise directly on their website here.
