I am trying to update the phone number on my account, but I keep running into an issue. Each time I receive the confirmation code and enter it, I get the error message shown in the screenshot below.
I’ve already tried multiple times, including after reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Has this happened to anyone?
Is this a new phone number? It might be that its a number that was previously assigned to somebody else and has been attached to an account previously - it’s always best with this sort of thing to get in touch with us via chat as we’re unable to access account specific information on the community!
