Issue: Flex transactions not showing up in the transactions list on help
Details to reproduce:
- Search to chat with an agent
- From the “How can we help?” Guide click on “Tap here to get started”.
- From “What can we help you with today?” page – Select the option “A transaction or payment”.
- Select “Yes” to “Has the transaction or payment been made?”
- Select “Yes” to “Did you Make the Transaction?”
- Click on “Select Transaction”
- A list of past transactions open which do not contain any Flex Card transactions.
OS: Android
Device: Samsung Galaxy S23
App Version: 6.8.1

Open the transaction itself through the activity feed, scroll to the bottom of the transaction info, and click the “Something wrong? Get help” button instead.

That’s fair, not sure it was always there.
Thanks. I forgot to mention the alternative way. I just wanted to report this so that the team knows this is a bug that exists.
Although the alternative way is easier, it doesn’t seem proper to hide flex transactions and only show the personal account transactions in the dedicated help screen.
