Can’t open the app

Issue: I just update the app and now I can’t open it.

Details to reproduce:
OS: iOS
Device: iPhone 6s plus
App Version: 13.3

Is there an error message shown? Does it show the logo then die? Something else?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

You need to give a bit more info like what have you try have you tried re installing the app tune off and on phone

I deleted the app and installed again and now everything is working. Thank you everyone for the help and the quick respond.

I seem to be having a similar issue. I have installed the app but now every time I try to open it, I get the message ‘upgrade your account’. When I try to click on the button nothing happens.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

I have also tried switching on and off the phone.
