Trying to set up my new account. I am stuck at the verify phone number stage. I receive the text, enter the numbers correctly but it says “Something went wrong…”
Might be worth trying to delete and reinstall the app.

Failing that, email help@monzo.com and they can get it fixed for you.
Heads up though, support responses are slow at the moment. They are working hard on it

I had to contact support, I think it is a problem with either their app or system
But when I contacted them, confirmed who I was etc, they sorted it out
