Burger King launch Halloumi Burger in the UK

It’s been 13 years since I ate meat, but the Impossible Burger is definitely the closest thing to what I remember meat tasting like. Which is absolutely the point of it.

Beyond Meat, I actually preferred. It probably wasn’t as close to meat as Impossible (although it’s not a huge difference) but I felt it tasted better and had better texture.

It sort of seems like the approach of Impossible is to get as close to mimicking meat as possible, whereas Beyond’s approach may have started that way and then they’ve moved a little bit away from it in the quest to actually make something better.
