Bug – Search function doesn’t work on Google phone

Issue: I tried adding an HSBC account to my wife’s Android phone, to search for various transactions much easier, but search just doesn’t function at all. :man_shrugging:t2:

Not even for Monzo-related transactions.

Details to reproduce: search just doesn’t work at all
OS: Android
Device: Google Pixel 8 Pro
App Version: 8.4.0

Search on my Px8Pro (currently) works OK. Try this:

  • Uninstall the :monzo: app from your wife’s Px8Pro
  • Restart the Px8Pro (critical step)
  • Download & install the :monzo: app from the Play Store and log in

Test the Search function now works OK
