When you click on number of payments on a direct debit , it includes an active card check in the number when working out an average spend,
as you can see, there is just two transactions, but at the bottom of the screen it divides by all 3, this also might be for regular transactions but I don’t have anything I can check on. (See pic)

Have tried clearing the active card check from your feed using the vertical ellipsis?

Even when I clear the active card check it still averages it out by 3 transactions.
