British Airways refusing my Monzo

I have bought maybe 15 BA transatlantic tickets over last 3 years and always with my Monzo card……except for the last 3 where I got a message along the lines of ‘unable to process, contact your card issuer.
On each occasion I used my NatWest credit card and got hit with £30/40 charge for each operation along with an uncompetitive exchange rate (my flights originate in Brazil so get billed by BA in US$).
I have checked the Monzo website but can’t find the path forward to clarifying the issue. I make about 50/60 transactions per month with Monzo and only have this problem with BA.
Any ideas as to how I might proceed?

Find an FX free credit card for future flights? I’d never use a debit card for flights.

I mean BA do accept Monzo. I’ve used them tonnes over the years. There just has been some issues in these transactions.
