I don’t think this pops up on connected accounts, which I wish it would.

Ah yeah that makes sense, I agree it would be great on connected accounts.
Batch adding of tags would be good. Tags aren’t very useful for me otherwise and I end up having to create too many categories.

I really want bulk tagging of transactions. I’ve just individually had to tag all my transactions from a holiday and it’s really tedious. So +100
As an aside, the only reason I am doing this is so I can get the total spend at the bottom of the search screen. If search was more flexible, for example if you could set precise start and end times, and manually remove items from the search I would get the total quicker. I figure bulk tagging is easier and generally more useful

would really love Monzo to improve automatic categorisation of transactions. Feels very manual at the moment. Should feel like magic!
Alongside this bulk categorisation of transactions should be possible rather than going through transactions one by one (select category and then select all transactions that are under this category).
Also, feel like I keep having to recategorise transactions even after “training” the app.
I think that’s slightly different. That way, you’re informing the Monzo app how to categorise past, present & future transactions from a specific Merchant.
Another way would be able to multi-select transactions in the account transaction feed and then select a category to assign to all of the selected transactions - easy bulk categorisation of selected transactions from (possibly) multiple vendors.
Like when you have returned from Holiday and want to categorise selected transactions between date xxx to date yyy with ‘Holidays’ regardless of merchant (also recognising that there may be ‘normal’ scheduled payments in the same period which DON’T need categorising as ‘Holidays’)
For example - tapping or long-pressing on a transaction in the account feed simply opens up the individual transaction details currently. Now… if you could long-press on a transaction to simply highlight it, then repeat for any other transactions to highlight too - and have the ability to select the preferred category for all of the selected transactions, that would be a powerful feature.
I can’t help but think this has been discussed elsewhere but I can’t find it!
