I’ve noticed over recent weeks that upcoming BACS credits and debits are appearing the night before as regards get paid early .
Is this the ‘new normal’ ?
Yea, in some cases. It all depends on when they’re sent into the BACS system.
Monzo have switched to processing the files directly themselves, which means they’re able to get them earlier by being directly connected to BACS.
It doesn’t change anything to do with how early you’re able to get the payments however.
