Authentication fails

**when I try to download my account statements I get the message “Strong Customer Authentication Failed.

Also I cannot add my card to Apple Pay

Try:

  • Uninstall Monzo app
  • Restart device
  • Download & install Monzo app
  • Run Monzo app & login, retry a statement download
