I think there’s a bug. My son who is 14 has an under 16 account which is managed by me. He went out the other day with his friends and forgot his pin and ended up blocking his card. I then went into my app and to his card and received a message saying his card had then been unblocked. He happened to be at an ATM at the time so it may be coincidence that he just unblocked it from the ATM which is what the app suggested. But when it became unblocked, he typed in the correct pin to make a cash withdrawal and because I have cash withdrawals turned off for him, the ATM declined and swallowed his card
It all makes sense and it’s understandable why that happened. He took all the same steps a theif would.
