My card was blocked yesterday after my partner put the wrong pin in too many times. The app keeps telling me to unlock at a cash machine…I’ve tried 3 different ATM’s and monzo have declined the unlock pin. Anyone know how I can sort this?
If you tap “PIN & card number” beneath your card in the “Home” tab, and then “Get a PIN reminder”, this process should unblock your card. You might need to go through an ID check.

Your partner has access to your account and PIN? Is that not against the T&Cs of the account?
Obviously not otherwise they would have got cash from the ATM😂 instaed of locking the pin
He thought it was his card…hence the wrong pin and blocked card!!
