Hi everyone, as you might have noticed it’s coming to the end of the 3-month deadline Mastercard imposed for the removal of this message but some big name ATMs are still showing it 
So… we could do with your help.
If you’ve recently used your Monzo card at an ATM and seen the ‘Your issuer may charge’ message, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know:
- The name of the ATM owner (the bigger the better - e.g. supermarkets and bank-owned ones)
- The last time you saw the message
- Bonus points for ATM location too
We can then take this info to Mastercard themselves and get them to apply some pressure to these specific acquirers.
