Apple Wallet issue

I’m unable to add my card to Apple Wallet on my new phone. The message simply said the card could not be added and that I should contact the card issuer.

I phoned and was told in an announcement that I would have to use live chat for this, but having received absolutely no response from the chat for almost an hour I’m a bit cheesed-off.

It’s not live-chat, it’s not instant. An hour for a non-urgent issue isn’t really a worry.

What have you tried? Have you searched all the other threads for Apple Wallet solutions and tried those?

Are you adding it by card number via wallet app? Or from the monzo app?

Try the other if you’ve not attempted both.
