App Unable to verify my phone number after reinstalling App

Tried syncing with Yolt, Failed. Was asked by LiveChat to try deleting and reinstalling the app. Followed instructions and pressed email to login but once I pressed it, it took me back to the app and I had to input again all my basic information. When I got to the OTP stage, I received the message and inputted the code but it came back with an error. (tried 5 times and still didn’t work)

HELP.

If it’s asking you for your phone number then you’re trying to sign up for a new account

Check you’re using the email you signed up with and you’re choosing the log in option
