App Token Expired


Today I received some message about ‘token expired’ and I had to authenticate again using the app, with a new ‘Log in to Mondo’ email link. Is that a regular feature, a bug, or something else? Is there a session expiry?

Hey, fellow iPad/Android user here. I believe the link is only active for 10 minutes so we have to do it asap (maybe for security reasons?)


Hello Jacqueline. Yes I think you are correct the email link is only valid for 10 minutes. But I received a message from the app itself about a token expiring after using the app successfully for a few days.

That’s interesting. I have just got my card on Wednesday (LOVING IT BTW), if I experience the same thing I shall report back.
