I had a feeling you were going to say Razer. This has been reported before and it’s due to a security update the rolled out last week

[Android] Monzo crashes immediately upon opening

I found the issue in my case! I looked into the exception being thrown and it refers to to enabling the camera shutter sound. So it turns out if your phone is set to do not disturb or silent this throws an exception and breaks the app. Hopefully this will help you guys too
