I had an update on my Razer phone the other day for the newest version of Anroid, and I also updated my Monzo app, and ever since then the app just does not open at all. I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, turned my phone off and on again several times but it is not working at all!
I’d recommend contacting monzo support on firstname.lastname@example.org . They should be best informed to assist
