Rev is the same. At least the banner is at the bottom unlike rev. I have turned off marketing (they spammed via push and email nearly every time I opened the app just after - by far the worst) but I still have banners for referring friends etc
RBS has a big ad at the bottom wondering if I want an increased credit limit.
Chase has a big ad for their credit card and refer a friend in the middle of the app.
starling has a banner pushing their savings account and I have had kids things from them as well.
I never get anything from Revolut except the red dot on the profile which doesn’t bother me, it’s only ever my new refer a friend offer.
Chase could dismiss the credit card tile for those not eligible or interested.
Apps need to do better.
You can now split a payment by Share (example, you pay 1/4, I pay 3/4 [up to 99 shares per person]) or percentage (any value from 0 to 100%, must be a whole number).

Can no longer swipe to scheduled payments, and tapping scheduled payments opens the calendar.
It’s now under Manage on the calendar screen.
Tapping + lets you choose a transaction:
Yeah I really don’t like this! Much preferred being able to swipe from the top of the screen rather than it being hidden further down.
I prefer it, it’s within thumb reach, and gives me a straight up overview of what’s due for the month and what is remaining for the month.
Mine say 0 for now but that will change over time.
Not fussed for a long list telling me what is coming out but not what’s left.
iOS update, tapping the x on the Home Screen ones leaves you with this
Finally dismissed them all from the Home Screen as they kept coming back and I’m back to the original screen without them

They were all for things I’d already used or knew about. In my case, a waste of time and screen real estate.

Speaking of wasting screen real estate… since the free virtual card has been added I now have a Cards section on the home screen that I can’t seem to get rid of. Is there a way to hide it that I’m missing?
