App Error

I did register using the mobile app and opened my account. Then on the next step, the app said that it is going to upgrade my account to Extra for a trial. Then it got stuck in a phase and now it says “Error reading stage help config”.

Details to reproduce:
iOS 18.4.1
iPhone 15 Pro Max
I cannot see the app version as it stuck now. I dowloaded it today from the App Store.

As a first trial:

  • Uninstall the Monzo app
  • Restart your device (IMPORTANT)
  • Download, install & login to the Monzo app

Try again. Usually, the 3 steps above are the first steps to try in diagnosing random issues.
