App Access issues with a new account

Hey all!

Recently setup a new account (c. 3 weeks ago) but having troubles accessing the account via app from the start (always get a ‘somethings gone wrong message’ when the app loads up. Have tried reinstalling but this hasn’t cleared it up. Has anyone experienced something similar before? I’ve verified w/ support that the account setup was complete and was approved.

You’ve not stated what phone / os you are using. That may be relevant.

When you reinstalled, did you do the “de-install, reboot, re-install” dance?

Yes I’ve done that a few times and it hasn’t made a difference.
