If I click the banner “Connect more credit cards”, no matter which bank I select, I see "Sorry there was a problem. Please try again and contact us if it continues.

Yeah, that’s how it should work. Someone at Monzo cocked it up. I got the banner and at the time the lab was still called “Connect your BarcleyCard” but enabling it allowed me to add all the different credit cards.
Yeah, this was down to the Labs feature flag. We send a feed item to everyone that ha tested the feature in Labs, but didn’t think about people who had opted out since testing.
