Hello! Is anyone else experiencing sync issues with American Express?
The balance is correctly updating, but not the transactions, with the last transaction syncing from 22nd April 2026 despite there being some more since then.
I’m using a Test Flight version (the latest one updated overnight last night) of Monzo on iOS 26.4.2 (iPhone 15 Pro Max)
Hmm, very strange… I tried disconnecting Amex and reconnecting, but that didn’t work, so maybe a full app uninstall and reinstall might be needed.
I wonder if this could be related to just the type of Amex card, as mine is The Nectar Credit Card version, maybe the others aren’t affected? Just a thought, but probably not knowing my luck
That’s particularly terrible as Monzo did build a direct connection to Amex and published that information on their website:
We chose to build a direct connection to Amex rather than using a third-party service (which would have been quicker), because we knew it’d offer our customers a better experience.
