Additional User Cannot See Pots and Virtual Cards Created by Another User

Issue:
2nd Administrator User created on Monzo Business Account can’t see pots or virtual cards linked to those pots that were created by another user - makes it impossible to manage like this

Details to reproduce:
Create a pot and linked virtual card from the primary user app login. Then create and give admin rights to a 2nd account user. Login to Monzo app from 2nd Admin User and you’ll see that the pot and linked virtual card created by the primary admin user is NOT visible or usable by the 2nd admin user

Apple iOS 17.5.1

Device:
iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro

Don’t have a Business Account so had to do some reading first but it does appear the Virtual Cards for Business accounts works the same as Personal, so only only the person who created the Virtual Card can view and use it.

They should be able to see the pots though, from what I can see.

Many thanks, it appears you’re correct. I’ve now discovered other admins can see the Business Account Pots, but as you say only the creator of a virtual card can see it, which means my other Admin will need to create her own virtual card for the same Pot. OK for the moment, but with the limit of 5 virtual cards could quickly become difficult. Lets hope Monzo developers get round to finishing the feature :wink:
