Ukrainian sponsored refugee accounts

Hey, We’re currently looking at possibly taking in a refugee via the sponsored route when it opens, and we will want to help them set up a bank account in the UK, along with a mobile etc etc , how easy will it be to set up a Monzo account? Will they need documents they may have left behind/lost to set it up, or there a way around that? or will there be a special route for them?
