Issue:
Account switching workflow not able to complete / after I enter my pin faced with try again later message

Details to reproduce: after all switching details and agreements have been done, atat the point of entering pin, app says not available try again later - hence unable to proceed further. I have tried pin reminder just in case (my pin is correct I know.)

OS: Android
Device: One Plus Nord 3
App Version: 5.57.1

Odd things like this require you to reinstall the app. Following the below steps should fix it

  1. Uninstall the Monzo app
  2. Restart device
  3. Reinstall the Monzo app

Hi - I tried what you suggested and it still is a problem.
faced with “Sorry there is. a problem, pls try again or contact us” message -with no way of continuing.
