Accidentally reported fraud use of my card

I accidentally reported fraud as I saw a direct debit coming out of my account which I had completely forgotten about.

Can I reverse the fraud report?

In the app, go to Help. Search “contact” > talk to Monzo

Accidentally reported my friend on monzo and i didnt mean to and i would like to cancel it please asap if possible. Thanks sanjay

Unfortunately, most of us in this Community are users and can’t take action with Monzo accounts.

You’ll have to report this issue directly to Monzo securely, via the in-app chat. From the Monzo Home screen:

  • Tap on ‘Help’
  • In the search bar, enter ‘contact support’ and tap enter
  • One of the returned search results will be ‘Contacting support’ - tap on this
  • In the ‘Chat with us’ section, tap on the link ‘Tap here to get started’, then follow the links to reach the most appropriate support team member via secure, in-app chat
