Just a thought.
I’d love if we could toggle off and on scheduled payments instead of deleting the whole scheduled payment.

I understand a toggle would be better but would this solution work for the time being?
Can’t you just edit the scheduled payment and change the ‘repeat’ to ‘never’. Then simply change it back to ‘weekly’ (or whatever) when you want to resume?
This will hopefully save you a lot of effort in deleting and re-creating the payment each time
The ability to pause recurring payments has been suggested previously. You can vote for it here:
I have been using repeat/reoccurring transactions to budget my spend recently and found with a number of holidays/public holidays that my budget prediction has not been reflective of my predicted spend that month.
For example, I have 3 reoccurring transactions that happen every week mon/thurs/fri for days that I commute into work.
For a normal month these work exactly as I need them to allow me to budget/predict what my spend will be this month for my travel/commuting costs and what monies I m…
You might also find the ability to skip the next recurring payment useful. You can vote for that feature here:
I currently have a standing order set up every week, but on occasion it’d be really handy to either skip the next week, or set some “exclusion” dates (a bit like a “holiday mode” on magazine subscriptions). Would be awesome if something like this could be developed for Monzo scheduled payments.
