The deep link method works for people who don’t yet have it in the app natively - but this needs the aid of Slack and the correct ‘monzo://’ URL

I’ve never CASS’d over - I just manually switched within 15 days of opening on the beta CA :wink:

Was working somewhere else, first 6000 CA customer, had my DDs switched over all manually.

I spy a new Your Monzo section in Settings complete with badges to earn! I’m two short and one I will probably never get - CASS. Good area for new users though.

Apparently I can never be “full Monzo”. I transferred my direct debits manually and closed my old account so can never use the switch service :sweat:
