Shouldn’t that say “at least 15 eligible transactions”? And then going from 15 to ‘three’?! Would it not be better to use either digits, or the number written out, not a mix of both?

I was told the same thing, but was also told that you should never mix and match within the same sentence, section or related series. So in this case, it would be either fifteen and three, or 15 and 3. Personally, I would go 15 and 3 in this context.

My number 1 spot for eating out was my works vending machine 
Just had mine, not opened it because I find it more interesting with those sorts of things how insistent they get.
Spotify has been the winner in the last couple of years as it gets bigger and bigger and then tried to move quickly into places you will accidently tick.
So far with monzo, I was able to just dismiss it - will it come back, will it get bigger? Let’s find out.
