Or you enabled it by mistake thinking it was like using FaceID.

They already have my ID and selfie? I did that in-app when I first signed up.
So maybe I agreed to it then and therefore they don’t give me the option to turn it off?
Na I’m sure it’s been left there, don’t recall ever changing it. I did only download recently. Not fussed either way.

Wasn’t that done through a third party? Third party usually retains that and only passes on the outcome.
There are also data retention issues that make them delete some data after some time.

I keeping having this bug with Wise where I don’t get card spend push notifications yet others are sent. It is always only sorted by removing the app and adding it again.
Edit: there was even no Wallet notification.
I have checked wallet, transaction not there.

Does Wise show upcoming BACS? Should be a direct credit arriving either tomorrow or the 1st but can’t see anything in-app to suggest it’s coming.
Only upcoming direct debits I believe.

Had those for some time, can’t remember exactly when they changed but more than 4 weeeks as that when I set up some auto conversions and top ups.
May be staged roll out.

If they changed recipients tab honestly I think wise would be the nicest looking finance app. My only other complaint is not being able to pin a currency on the current acocunt (or two) and not having any savings products that are actually savings.
They’ve all got CGT liability potential.

Does Wise ask on every debit card transaction if you want to split it?
I only saw it once, that’s when I also knew about the feature. Just that my card transactions on the Eco card don’t show in Apple wallet
