I have had to freeze my debit card as it has been misplaced but I am expecting a refund back onto that card. Will the refund still be processed though my card is frozen?
The short answer is yes.
The longer answer is - as long as they process the refund to an existing transaction using the original auth code. If they try to do it as a new transaction it won’t go through.
