Well this hasn’t gone to plan. NatWest account all went well, bonus paid etc. RBS account on the other hand, after being given an account number I was told my account wouldn’t be opened.
I appealed the decision and was told that it was still a no, I should check my credit file, and ‘Following this decision we are unable to offer you any facilities with The Nat West Group PLC which,. includes RBS, NatWest or Ulster.’
Odd considering I have a newly opened and still functioning NatWest account 
Anyway, I wanted to keep my NatWest as a joint account, but now I think I’ll close it and move to FD.
