I would assume it’s per-device, derived from the public key of the keypair in the secure element, so shouldn’t change.

For what it’s worth, I added my card to Apple Wallet ok (not running iOS beta) but then couldn’t add to my Watch… :thinking:

I am on 11.4 latest Dev and my watch is on 4.1 lastest dev also and Apple Pay is on both and I am on testflight
