I have a pretty robust 3 pronged system well set in now.
NatWest - Main, Salary, DDs, Rewards, Credit Card
Barclays - Backup account, credit card, investment platform (now the fees are gone).
Nationwide - Holding account for credit card spent cash, savings hub - liked account to other savings, movement of large sums in case of freeze checks. Fairer share.
All I’m missing is a foreign spender but I’m abroad less than 2 weeks a year usually anyway so no biggy.

Which Barclaycard do you have? The rewards card isn’t a bad backup credit card as you get 0.25% and 0% FX fee
Amazon, it’s 1% at Amazon and 0.5 elsewhere but only in Amazon credit. TBH I only got it for the free £50.
Will switch to the 0% purchase when the initial 6 months run out (also 0% for 6 months).
There are a few options now… Lloyds Ultra, Santander Rewards, Chase, Barclaycard all offer some sort of cashback and no FX charge on spending
