What is the cutoff point for which month the first installment would be?

It’s not really, you could see it building up to this point from a mile away.

You were told where to find the information but didn’t share a screenshot or explain how you were following the guidance or why you couldn’t find it. This made things go round in circles because no one else could see what you were looking at, and they ran out of ways to help without more details from you.

Instead of staying calm, you escalated things by throwing out an insult :man_shrugging:

There’s nothing to screenshot within Monzo per se because it’s just a question about dates, but hopefully this explains it

I hardly think it matters at this point? All goodwill has now evaporated after your unnecessary outburst.

Perhaps ask Monzo and wait patiently for a reply. They are obliged to help you, we are not.

Good luck.

Hi Glen, thanks for the screenshot, much appreciated :pray:t2:. I don’t have this info under the card on my app

Maybe it’s only been rolled out to certain users or devices. I can see now where the misunderstanding would have come from. I can understand why other users would think I was dumb for not seeing this

Yeeeey progress!

What device are you using and which version of the app?

Hi Ordog it’s version 6.2.0 on a Pixel 7 but don’t worry about it, I don’t want to waste any more of anyone’s time. I’ll contact support now that I know there’s an issue :pray:t2:

I’ve got another version of this - one with the ‘cycle’ but without the 'Purchases you make…" dialogue:

Maybe that dialogue pops up at a certain point in the cycle? Which would explain all the confusion.

no it doesn’t in some cases - see my post above

Wow… every day’s a school day. Apologies.

Same platform and build too :face_with_peeking_eye:

Looking at my screenshot again, I think I’ve figured it out. Mine shows that the last cycle has ended. So there wouldn’t be a need to inform that “Purchases you make before [end of last cycle] will be added to your [upcoming cycle] payment.” - because in my case, it’d be billed instantly during the current cycle.

But I can’t explain why the ‘Cycle’ box isn’t displayed in @nohassles 's screenshot. Unless he’s not (at a user account level) been added to the latest in-app Flex account display?
