Anyone else having issues with the balance updating? Have to quit the app multiple times to get the right balance after I got my salary yesterday and again today after the rent left…

Nearly 200,000 people have the new layout?

I thought it was only if you signed up to the “very early beta”?

It definitely isn’t ready for mainstream yet…

if 5000 are signing up a day 500 have the new layout that day = 10%?

OK, this just got a little more complex…

Am I right in thinking that the new lay out is currently “opt in” given all the parameters about “testing” which were mentioned initially?

If so, how do new customers even know about it unless they are on the forum (which we can assume, most won’t be?)

I can’t get any of my pots to update today. Put my payday money across to them all but most are showing zero even though there is money in them. Tried closing the app and changing tabs but it’s still zero. Need to get money out of them today ideally.

You will have to delete and reinstall, it’s what I have been doing.

Was good to be at the office yesterday and hear the potential upcoming changes. I quite like the new design since I have been using it. Yes lots of small issues but I knew what I was signing up for.
Most looking forward to potentially being able to switching accounts from the top by swiping card. Really hoping this happens

Not for new customers

There was a comment from Monzo above that some new customers were given the new layout for starters, one of several reasons that Labs were not used here

It was mentioned that 10% of new customers have it so that the testing isn’t limited to just fans/forum members.

So yes, for the past week or so, 10% of new customers have automatically been given this layout.

I’ve found that if you edit say the picture on the pot, or the name of the pot, it will update that pot and all the others. Just a simpler work around for you!

Of all customers going forward or 10% of new customers at the time they released this layout?

Love the design but as someone who uses pots a lot I’m not a fan of the “View All” button being so out of the way.

Is it intended that you only get the traffic light bar/colouring for the summary widget if you have a total budget set? I don’t set a total budget because I move aside a set chunk of money for savings at the start of the month so my budget is what ever is left minus committed spending.

(Just some feedback incase the thinking was that only people that set a budget want the bar etc, balance - committed spending works pretty well for me so its a shame the summary colouring is missing from the widget in the latest TestFlight)
