We’ve shipped Pot to Pot transfers 🍯🔀🍯

Hot damn!

I still don’t have it though :sob:

Seems a very very slow rollout.

Just realised that’s not a Pot to Pot schedule but main/JA to pot schedule which you have screenshot - had you been able to schedule any pot to pot transfers?

Now I feel stupid! You are correct. I suspect it won’t be much longer before it’s switched on for pot-to-pot though.

It appears, moving from my original issues, that I now have this in most cases

The two that do not work are my two instant access savings accounts, “Powered by Monzo”, which is a mixture of surprising and amusing given that my ISA from Oaknorth works

Getting there though :rocket:

I appear to have chanced across a UX/navigation bug with the pot withdrawals (and deposits) in Android version 5.30.0 in course of checking @giorgio

  1. Selected a pot
  2. Selected ‘Withdraw’
  3. (Briefly shows ‘Move money’ before changing to ‘Withdraw’, as maybe already mentioned by @Peter_G and others, but that is not the bug I meant)
  4. Click the back arrow top left
  5. Click the cross/close top left
  6. It goes back to the ‘Withdraw’ screen

The same happens for ‘Add money’ (including a brief show of ‘Move money’ before 'Deposit - also should that be ‘Add’?)

I was relatively quick through the steps/process most times. It did not happen just the one time when I waited a fair bit longer on the screen, though I cannot replicate that, so might have been a one-off

On Android:

  1. Selected a pot
  2. Selected ‘Withdraw’
  3. (Briefly shows ‘Move money’ before changing to ‘Withdraw’, as maybe already mentioned by @Peter_G and others, but that is not the bug I meant)
  4. Click the back arrow top left

All the same here so far, but…

  1. Click the cross/close top left
  2. It goes back to the ‘Withdraw’ screen

Not seeing steps 5 & 6 unfortunately.

The wonderful world of a fragmented Android ecosystem!

Thanks for attempting to replicate

Still just seeing standard Add and Withdraw graphics.

No Pot to Pot :man_shrugging:

Not that I’m likely to ever use that function anyway, what with unable to schedule a withdrawal from Monzo interest savings pot .

I’ve got access and it looks great but I’ve got one pointer I just wanted a raise…

I really liked being able to spam any number larger than the value of my pot, as a way to quickly withdraw everything in the pot. I know that I can do that by looking on the screen at how much is in the pot and typing that exact number, but it was so much more convenient for me to withdraw the “max” from my pot. Any way to add a button that does that, or bring pack the old ability where if you type a value larger than the value of your pot, it will default to the max amount?

Also this REALLY adds onto my anger about still not being able to get a joint account… This is game changing for managing shared bills paid out of a joint account but I am no closer to experiencing that

Been using this feature and I have to say it’s excellent. No more moving to personal/joint first but straight between the two. Ace!

My wife has this on her account now, but I still don’t

Buttons that let you withdraw 10,20,25,50,75 % or all of a pot would be so good!

Interesting idea but with the exception of occasionally withdrawing 100%, very unlikely I’d (personally) ever use this.

I just want a space to type in the amount, not have + and - buttons, and not have a default amount I have to delete every single time.

That’s the trouble with pots everyone uses them differently so there’s a lot of use cases.

I use them to save for specific things so my main use case is save to the amount then ideally a “Withdraw all and archive pot” button would do me.

Yes it does.

I didn’t know I needed this until now. Brilliant feature!

Still waiting on this to be enabled for me

The downside to this approach is that archived pots still exist behind the scenes I think (t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶w̶a̶r̶d̶s̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶t̶o̶t̶a̶l̶ ̶p̶o̶t̶ ̶l̶i̶m̶i̶t̶ ̶I̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶). So I think in @throwingspoon’s case they might be better off emptying the pot and renaming it ready for the next thing they intend to save for.

Me too :worried:
