I am in the waitlist for Monzo in position 48 and I have not moved at all and I have been in this position the last 3 days I have referred over 15 people to get to position 48 and referral will not move me up anymore despite me sharing so much I’m extremely unhappy with the service as it is taking way way too long so I would like this issue resolved asap
It’s not an issue, it’s simply a waitlist, so it’s just a case of waiting. There isn’t any guarantee that you’ll continue moving up the list.
This is fairly typical with slow rollouts - they’ll often pause once they have enough users or while they make further improvements before opening it up again
