Hi I am currently on the early access for Monzo and my position is 1,715 dose anyone know if that number is going to go down the number in the Q didn’t move

Is there any staff on this community page that knows

Is there a date that we will receive an account

I’m 5,300 on the waiting list , won’t see much movement till next week onwards. Just have to wait

Hey @ICEPEAK im at 309 on the list. The last update we received was they would allow more people in week commencing the 5th which is today. I keep looking at the app now but no joy. :face_holding_back_tears: just gotta keep the faith !! Welcome to the community BTW :waving_hand:

I got invited today and immediately blocked due to “fraud protection” — no explanation, and no way to chat to someone to correct this wrong.

I am an Italian citizen, but chose to use my Irish drivers license instead of my passport and very much regret that.

Can you please reach out to help@monzo.com and core support will be able to take a look. Can you also say in your email to them if you were applying for an Irish account - just so the email gets routed the right way!

There seemed to be an issue because you also had a US account. The team have let me know that since that account has been shut, you should be good to go - the reject has been undone.

Do you use passport or Irish driver’s license to setup monzo account when get invite . don’t have any monzo account in anywhere

Usually they’ll accept either, someone like @DavidGallagher maybe can confirmation as I believe he’s in

I used driving license. So I guess either should be good

Going according to 200 drop each day ,by 31th January,I still be over 1,500 on list so won’t make the early access. I stay on waiting list be not expecting to got early access, see what I’d offered after. Just didn’t get on list on time. Such is life. :+1:
