Verification longer than 48 hours

Hi,
I have applied for an account and followed the app instructions, the app is stuck on verification which says it could up to 48 hours - it has been 4 days!!! Should it take this long? I have tried to reset and re-download the app.

I have had an email from somebody called Issac who has had to pass this onto a specialist, which should be sorted by the end of the week…
