As long as you are able to receive SMS’ on your UK number anyways you should be OK. Give it 20-30 minutes and if you haven’t received anything by then it might be worth contacting help@monzo.com for the team to assist you further.
Have a quick check to see that you have entered your number correctly. I waited about 30 minutes before this dawned on me. Corrected the number and had SMS about 5 seconds later. R-
