While I can’t talk about any specific users, at this point, we are not unlocking from the waiting list unless the person is an investor 
or we are honouring a very small number of offers we made to make up for a failure on our side. I’m one of the people actioning any unlocks from the waiting list as it’s a multi-step manual process and I have done fewer than ten of these. 
As an existing user, you absolutely will have priority over anybody signing up today who does not fall under those specific categories. If you have not already got the banner, you should see it within the next few weeks as we continue to roll out the current account.
