Under 16 QR code not working

Hello! I have my kid stuck in login limbo. I tried a few times and it’s impossible for them to sign in. In my last try I created an email alias, they got the email but when I click in the ‘log in’ button we get an error.
I would appreciate the help!

Just to set some realistic expectations going forward…

I’m very happy to help anyone that is stuck, but I cannot commit to manually resetting email addresses inside a reasonable timeframe. For example in the evening and or at weekends I just won’t be able to do it, and if I am ever out of the office your request could go weeks without a reply.

For this reason, from now on if anyone gets stuck I strongly suggest you use the in-app help feature. Our help agents know all about this issue now and should be able to help you quickly.

If you don’t get anywhere with that, feel free to post in here and I will try to help as soon as I humanly can.

I’m having the same problem of a pre-claimed email address for my son’s under 16 account. Please could you help us with this? He’s very anxious to get this sorted!
