Unable to request payment from another Monzo user

Issue: Unable to request payment from another Monzo user - I have reported this to Technical Support a while back but the issue was never resolved. Is Monzo.me the only way now for Monzo users to request payment from other Monzo users?

Details to reproduce:
OS: iOS
**Device:**iPhone 12 Pro
App Version: Ongoing issue which also affects the latest 6.35.0

Have they blocked you?

Just asked my partner to block me so we could test, and I got the same message.
So… looks like you’ve been blocked. Not a technical issue at all.

How can Monzo users see on the app if they have blocked someone?

Payee list > tap monzo contact and it should say block or unblock at the bottom.
