Unable to add Monzo card to TFL PAYG cards

I’m unable to add my Monzo card to my TfL account. I’ve tried multiple times now, keep getting the same message to contact my card issuer. When I open Monzo there has been an active card check from TfL, however this has not then resulted in my card being activated. I need this to be resolved as I have been overcharged and want to claim back a refund. Many thanks

Have you called TfL to see what the issue is?

Are you using the correct details? Card frozen? Is it the same card you used to make the payment?

TfL will need to fix whatever is going on their side.

Also be sure your name and address match 100% to monzo account.
