Unfortunately not, this is now the design you get. Or the Visa variant of this card.
Does it not have different logo being Ulster as that is the rbs logo
Ulster and RBS have the same logo. So they re-use the card. The only difference is the telephone number on the back.
Thanks Jo
Cora on the Ulster App and Website seems to be get confused with Ulster and Royal Bank Of Scotland.
I asked it a question and it said “go into the Royal Bank Of Scotland app”. But then further down the chat it went back to “Ulster Bank app”
Core can’t make up its mind what Bank its working for!
£200 switch bribe
Opened an Ulster current account to have a go at the switching bonus. (Still sad the card is now identical to RBS rather than the excellent old design.)
Am I imagining it, or is this a recent change to Premier eligibility? (I remember it being lower than NatWest for a while.)
I think Ulster used to just accept that level held with another institution rather than within the NWG group until recently.
Interesting that Ulster require you to be a permanent UK resident… I’ve not seen that in other banks before.
Also amused by the reference to a serviceCARD which i’m pretty sure is branding that hasn’t been used since the 90s:
I’m fairly sure it was income of £75k, not £100k until recently.
Website still shows £75k
It is still the case when using the android app
Ulster also increasing the Ufirst Gold account fee from 1/10/2026 with new health benefits for £12.
I will have a look at these health benefits. I may be over covered.
Mobile cover will be for the family.
Just got this too!
Just got the Ulster switching bonus which means I’ve now had all 3 from NWG. Very easy criteria to meet too.
How? I thought you could only get it once from NWG?
Ive had RBS and now Natwest all with exactly the same details
I got from all. Twice from both NatWest and RBS.
Fair enough. I’m waiting for RBS to end the current offer and start a new offer, hopefully with the same criteria that is you can’t hold a current account with them as of the day they launch the offer.
Would’ve rather closed NatWest but they’re my longest account so I don’t particularly want to close them.
